Product materials:

1. Use hot-dip galvanized sheets with a thickness greater than or equal to 1.5mm for the panels used to manufacture the exterior of the cabinet body. After the hot-dip galvanized sheets are welded, they must be sprayed with outdoor powder. The cabinet with heat-dissipating temperature control device adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet as the plate, and the cabinet with refrigerating temperature control device adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet greater than or equal to 1.5mm plus 10mm insulation cotton as the plate.

The base of the cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing after welding.

2. The metal materials used in the cabinet should have the ability to resist corrosion and electrochemical reactions after or without surface treatment.

3. Non-metallic parts (including insulated wires, cables and foam materials) should be flame-retardant materials, and their flammability should be able to pass the flame-retardant test requirements.

Manufacturing process:

Exterior

Composition of outdoor integrated cabinet:

Storage battery: used to install storage battery, the outer plate of the cabinet is pasted with insulation cotton to achieve the thermal insulation effect.
